On September 17, 2014 in the frames of his visit to France, the Minister of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia Mr. Mikheil Giorgadze held a meeting with the UNESCO Director-General Ms. Irina Bokova and the Assistant Director-General for Culture Mr. Alfredo  Pèrez de Armiñán.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the perspectives in all areas of their cooperation and the state of conservation of the World Heritage Sites in Georgia, in particular. Ms. Ekaterine Siradze-Delone, the Head of the Permanent Delegation of Georgia to UNESCO attended the meeting as well.
